Hand Bell Choir

Looking for a new challenge?  Come out and try your hand at “bell ringing” with this fun group at Trinity.  It’s unique, it’s rewarding, it’s thoroughly enjoyable. Also looking for new members for the  Chime & Bell Choir for Children. Would your child enjoy learning a new musical skill? Now would be a good time to join them. The adult Handbell Choir has been in operation at Trinity since 2004.  During the first two years, the Handbell Choir played a two octave set of Schulmerich Handbells which they obtained on loan. In the years that followed however, through the generosity of members and friends of Trinity, the group was able to acquire a set of three octaves of handbells and they are now in the process of expanding the handbell choir to fully utilize the available bells.

As a fairly new handbell choir, the group  confined most of their performances to services in Trinity as they built up a repertoire of music. The group is now however, expanding their performances and have  performed at  other area churches,  a downtown Ottawa church and they hope to expand their Ministry of Music to even more  churches, seniors’ residences and organizations within the surrounding area. ” The group is comprised of members of Trinity and others from the Community who enjoy this unique and beautiful type of musical presentation.
