Mr. Chin has been Music Minister at Trinity since 2000 He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Ottawa, where he studied choral conducting with Anthony King and orchestral conducting with David Currie. In London he studied with Morihiro Aukabe, Chief Professor of conducting of the Tokyo School of Conducting. In 1987 Mr. Chin won the University of Ottawa conducting competition. From 1989-1991 he was Music Director of the Kanata Symphony. In addition to his work with Coro Vivo Ottawa, Mr. Chin teaches piano in his studio and is Minister of Music at Trinity Presbyterian Church.
