The Human Resources Committee oversees:

Matters involving recruitment and terms of employment of paid non-ministerial personnel.
Maintaining the Leading with Care Policy of the Presbyterian Church in Canada . This policy instituted by the Presbyterian Church of Canada in 2005 demonstrates that “the Presbyterian Church in Canada is committed to providing safe environments for all persons, including children, youth, vulnerable adults and those who minister to and with them”. It is the Leading with Care Committee’s responsibility to ensure that the requirements of this policy are in place.
